Black Dawn

Based out of Long Island, NY, Black Dawn has been performing live music of the metal /
hard rock genre since 1996.

Black Dawn is: Matt Kotten (Lead Guitar / Vocals), Tom
Kelly (Rhythm Guitar), Shawn Cox (Bass Guitar – formerly of New York City’s Sworn
Enemy), and Enzo DiPaolo (Drums). Black Dawn  most direct musical influences
include Godsmack, White Zombie, and Five Finger Death Punch.

Black Dawn discography consists of two full-length CDs Absence of Time (1999)
and Age of Reason (2004), the EP Until We Meet (2014), and the latest EP “On
Blackened Wings”.

“Until We Meet” was released via Blue Pie Records, and “On
Blackened Wings” was released via Pavement Entertainment.

Black Dawn typically performs in 500 to 2,000 capacity venues located in New York,
New Jersey and Pennsylvania, and has opened for bands such as Lynch Mob, Soulfly,
Prong, Fear Factory, Udo Dirkschneider, Accept, Anvil, Geoff Tate, Queensryche, Fozzy,
Ace Frehley, Puddle of Mudd, Doyle, and L.A. Guns.
